NBC just released a “deleted scenes” video of the last week’s Saturday Night Live sketch, “Real Housewives of Disney,” featuring guest host Lindsay Lohan, and it’s even more hysterical than the sketch itsself!
Lindsay Lohan missed a party?
Well, after she guest hosted Saturday Night Live this past weekend, she headed to New York’s Kibo Japanese Grill for a post-show dinner with the cast, and while Lindsay stayed until 3 a.m., she didn’t drink a sip of alcohol — plus, she passed on going to the after after-party at La Pomme, which went until breakfast time! (Guests at the dinner included Jimmy Fallon, Paul Rudd, Jack White, Jon Hamm, and Jason Sudekis.)
“She stayed late, but wasn’t drinking,” a source tells the New York Post. “They had bottle of chilled water waiting for Lindsay at a private table at La Pomme, but she missed her own party.”
But says the source, “I think Lindsay didn’t want to go to a place where there would be lots of drinking.”
Lindsay Lohan is ratings gold for Saturday Night Live!
The good news follows a morning of poor reviews of her performance: Ratings for the show — marking Lindsay’s first appearance as a guest host in six years — were up 12% over last week’s Maya Rudolph-hosted episode.
The only other episode that beat last night was the season premiere on January 7, hosted by Charles Barkley with musical guest Kelly Clarkson.
Lindsay Lohan will be interviewed on the Today show by Matt Lauer on Thursday, two days before she hosts Saturday Night Live.
Lindsay and Matt have a bit of a rocky history: She canceled at the last-minute an interview with him last June. He had already flown to Los Angeles to conduct the interview at Lindsay’s home in Venice, where she was on house arrest, forcing him to return to New York.
Lindsay also began rehearsals on Monday for SNL.
Dina Lohan‘s cancellation of her interview with HLN’s Dr. Drew Pinsky drew the usual finger-wagging critics, but it’s much ado about nothing.
Dina’s been in Los Angeles with her youngest son Cody — who’s on school break — hanging out with Lindsay and working. Cody loves the West Coast, and Dina say he’s been spending a lot of time surfing. In fact, he’s become such a surfing aficionado, that manager Dina is signing Cody to a sponsor for surfing, GossipDavid has learned.
Next up for Dina is to head back to New York, and support Lindsay as she prepares to host Saturday Night Live next weekend. Plus, Dina’s returning to the East Coast to work on a film with her eldest son, Michael Jr., 23.
Dina Lohan has cancelled her Tuesday interview with “Dr. Drew” host Drew Pinsky.
Lindsay’s mom was supposed to sit down with the HLN TV doc in a much-touted interview. A rep for HLN didn’t divulge a reason for the cancellation.
The move comes at a busy time for Lindsay, as she preps for next week’s SNL hosting gig, and as reports emerge that she will play Elizabeth Taylor in a TV movie.
Meanwhile, Dina is also slated to be interviewed by HLN’s “Showbiz Tonight” on Wednesday, but no word on that interview’s fate. Still, on Tuesday afternoon, the interview was still being publicized.
Lindsay Lohan was spotted heading to a liquor store on Tuesday in Venice, Calif., with Dennis Hopper‘s 21-year-old son Henry.
According to X17, there are rumors the pair are dating, but this is their first public outing.
At the liquor store, they picked up a bottle of Grey Goose Vodka and Red Bull. A liquor store employee told X17, “Lindsay’s been in here before. And today she brings in this young guy and they were all touchy-feely and they kissed on the lips a couple times. Just quick little love-pecks but they were definitely together.”
Lindsay Lohan‘s Playboy cover is a hit!
Playboy head Hugh Hefner tweeted Saturday, “Early reports suggest that the Lindsay Lohan January-February double issue is going to be a record breaker.”
Lindsay appeared on the magazine’s January-February cover, and in a racy pictorial, in which she channeled Marilyn Monroe.
According to reports, she earned close to $1 million for the shoot.
